Chris (age 5) and Frederick (age 4) Moore joined the rest of their family at an American Red Cross Respite Center in Houston following harsh weather that collapsed a building and damaged many others. Because of severe flooding and a tornado, hundreds of people were affected. But these two children rest amongst the chaos in the care of American Red Cross volunteers at a local Chinese Community Center near their apartment. The Red Cross will continue to be there for all those effected by the severe flooding and weather in Houston, Dallas and Austin.
