Red Cross Opens Shelter in Lusk, Wyoming

Anyone in the Lusk area that is in need of a warm, dry place to go should go to Niobrara Fair Grounds.

Heavy rain has produced flash flooding

CHEYENNE, WY, 1:24 p.m., June 4, 2015 — The American Red Cross has opened an emergency shelter at the Niobrara Fair Grounds, U.S. Highway 20, Lusk, WY.

Heavy rain fell across much of Wyoming Wednesday night resulting in flash flooding. Anyone in the Lusk area that is in need of a warm, dry place to go should go to Niobrara Fair Grounds. Red Cross volunteers will be at the shelter location to provide support.
