ORLANDO, FLORIDA – July 1, 2019 – The Greater Orlando Chapter of the American Red Cross is pleased to introduce Janice Moran as Executive Director.
Moran started her career with the Red Cross as a public affairs volunteer in 2005 in Texas, where she served for about two years. After relocating to Florida, she rejoined as a volunteer in 2017 in Florida’s Space Coast Chapter where she supported the disaster action team, community preparedness and public affairs. Later that year, she was selected as Regional Communications Manager for Central Florida, a position she held for just over two years.
Moran serves on the board of the Florida Public Relations Association, Volusia-Flagler Chapter, as president-elect. Prior to her employment with the Red Cross, she worked in several different industries developing and building professional relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
