Raleigh, NC (May 17, 2021) - The American Red Cross is partnering with Circle K to foster more resilient communities through preparedness initiatives, disaster response, recovery efforts and more. Circle K supports the important work of the Red Cross by creating opportunities for the public to donate to programs that benefit disaster relief and other lifesaving services.
Since May of the 2020 campaign, customers at participating Circle K stores in have been able to donate their “spare change” to support the Red Cross. To date, those donors and vendors have raised over $286,883!
“The contributions of Circle K and their customers enable the Red Cross to make a tremendous difference every day for those who rely on our services in disasters and other emergencies,” said Barry Porter, Regional CEO of the American Red Cross Eastern North Carolina. “Because of Circle K’s support, we can continue to prepare communities, and be there for families when they need us most.”
