GREENVILLE, Nov. 29, 2016 -- In response to the devastating effects of Hurricane Matthew, Raymond James has donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross toward relief efforts, including rescue, shelter, food, emotional support and assistance, to tens of thousands of people in the North Carolina area.
Members of the Greenville, North Carolina Raymond James office, including branch manager Carl Blackwood and financial advisor William F. Litchfield Jr., presented the contribution to the American Red Cross on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

Service is a longstanding tradition of the firm, and we value the opportunity to give back to the North Carolina community.”
The Red Cross has mobilized more than 6,000 workers, nearly 280 response vehicles and 25 partner-supported kitchens across impacted states to provide lifesaving shelter, meals, relief supplies and support to individuals and families in need.
