The American Red Cross Mile High Area serves as the Regional Chapter for the Colorado & Wyoming Region, providing disaster leadership for the region and support for five chapters in Colorado and Wyoming.
As a chapter, American Red Cross Mile High Area serves 10 counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, and Jefferson. The Mile High Chapter also serves as the Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces station for Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora.
Parking at Denver Office: There is free parking in our lot, located on the south side of the building between Grant and Sherman Streets. Please arrive a few minutes early, as sometimes the lot does fill up; additional free, 2-hour parking is available on the street.

As CEO of the American Red Cross of Colorado & Wyoming, Andrea Miller oversees a humanitarian operation that alleviates suffering in the face of emergencies.
Prior to joining the Red Cross, Andrea served as director of environmental, social and governance at Delta Dental of Colorado, where she led initiatives that integrated sustainability, ethics and community impact into business strategy.
Andrea’s commitment to leadership and service in Colorado and Wyoming is reflected in her myriad of board and community service roles. She is currently chair of the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce; immediate past chair of B:CIVIC, an affiliate of the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of Mile High United Way’s United for Business. She is a 2021 Leadership Denver graduate, a 2023–24 Colorado Governors Fellow and the proud recipient of the 2023 Brian Smith Award for Outstanding Community Leadership from Mile High United Way.
