The Georgia Red Cross remembers Maurice Pritchett, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at 51. Maurice served on the Central Midwest Board for the American Red Cross for six years. He also chaired the Mission and Outreach Committee and was loved by all he came across. Maurice is remembered as a fun-loving and outgoing person. He was always involved in the church and the community at large. He had a passion for helping others in the community and the surrounding area, making him a natural fit with the American Red Cross. 

Maurice was a loving son, brother and uncle. His family refers to him as the glue that kept the family together and lit up any room he walked into.
