The American Red Cross of Northern New England serves the more than 3.2 million residents of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. Our region covers 40 counties and 49,083 square miles. More than 1,500 dedicated volunteers deliver our humanitarian mission with the support of a small group of employees.The Red Cross is led by an all-volunteer board and raises 100 percent of the funds necessary to carry out our mission 365 days a year to help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies.
