GLOW RED ROC, a (FREE) program of the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross provides youth with opportunities to develop leadership skills and enhance fundamental life skills - empowering them to become actively engaged in volunteer leadership roles supporting the American Red Cross’ mission and positioning them for success in their homes, schools and in their communities.
Students enrolled in 9th - 12th grade within Monroe County are encouraged to apply.

Students must be available for all five days of the session(s) they are applying to attend.
Acceptance into the program will be determined based on student's completed application, interview with Red Cross staff/youth program alumna/youth advisory committee members, and responsiveness to all correspondence from Red Cross staff.
