The Youth Leadership Program (YLP) of the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Red Cross was created for the purpose of developing high achieving and diverse young leaders across Monroe County at the high school level. Through this FREE program, Youth learn essential Leadership, Life Skills and Service Skills that they can take back to their homes, schools, community and utilize in support of Red Cross’ mission. Unlike a traditional classroom, students will experience a more interactive experience through weekly workshops and field trips, allowing for real-life exposure and a more hands-on approach.
