Red Cross Assisting Residents Displaced by Rachel Carson Hall Fire

Tarentum, Pennsylvania – The American Red Cross is currently supporting approximately 50 displaced residents of Rachel Carson Hall Apartments following a three-alarm fire in the 100 Block of East 2nd Street in Tarentum, Allegheny County.
Impacted residents are currently being provided emergency Red Cross assistance and casework while efforts are underway to connect with additional displaced residents.
Rachel Carson Hall residents who are impacted by today’s fire and in need of Red Cross assistance should call 1-800-422-7677.
