Mr. Burroughs is married to Mrs. Anne Pearce Burroughs, who is a Tiffany Circle Member and lifetime blood donor herself. They have given both blood and financial support to the Red Cross for many years, and never envisioned being on the receiving end. In 2021, Mr. Burroughs was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia and underwent several blood transfusions and a blood marrow transplant. He was lucky to be able to receive the life saving gift of blood during his treatment, and is ever grateful to the work of the Red Cross. The Burroughs continue to give blood to help others, as they were helped this past year.
