Tracy has held leadership roles it non-profits and community based organizations in the Permian Basin for more than 14 years. Her experience includes the Ellen Noël Art Museum, the Odessa Chamber of Commerce and Odessa College. Tracy joined the Red Cross as Executive Director in 2016, and she is thrilled to bring her passion for helping her community and working with volunteers to the position. She graduated from The University of Texas for the Permian Basin with a BA in Communication, and currently volunteers on the Heritage of Odessa Board of Directors and the Basin PBS Advisory Board. Tracy is married to River Austin and enjoys time with her fur-family, traveling, creating mixed media art and photography.
