
Dorothy has been a member of the American Red Cross of Greater New York, New York, NY, Board of Trustees and Communications Committee since 2015. Additionally, she is Co-leader of the Greater NY, Tiffany Circle since 2016 with responsibility to expand female major donor base. Additionally, she is the co-founder of the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative which has a mission focused on raising visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and real estate industry.
Dorothy has been with Deloitte since 1987 and a Principal since 1999. Over her 30+ years at Deloitte, her career has included strategy and operations consulting in the real estate industry, serving as chief of staff to the US firms’ Managing Partner, leading the US firms’ real estate services practice, serving as Advisory Principal on some of the organization’s most significant clients, leading the regional commercial practice, leading regional strategic marketplace activity (strategic planning, marketing, public relations and client events) and leading large client non-attest relationships in hospitality and technology.
Dorothy was selected as one of Real Estate Forum’s “2013 Women in Influence: Legends,” Real Estate Forum’s “2009 Women to Watch” and Real Estate New York’s “2008 Women of Influence.”
Dorothy has a MBA from Fordham University and a BA in Mathematics from Bates College.
