Jill is an accomplished Senior Executive who has built an outstanding record of success and achievements over the past 25 years in the global healthcare sector with an emphasis on medical device and pharmaceutical products. She has proven herself to be an effective leader and agent for positive change in both high-growth and turnaround scenarios.
Over a 15-year period, her rise to executive leadership with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, a $10B+ worldwide producer of hospital and renal products, resulted from her ability to create winning business strategies, recruit, and mentor high-performance teams, and develop strategic partnerships to move a business forward. Jill is an acknowledged steward of P&L’s, has a keen eye for emerging products and markets, and is a strong advocate for continuous improvement and best practices. Jill’s early experience was with SEARLE/MONSANTO in Skokie, IL where she progressed through several roles in market research, product management and planning, and global commercialization.
She holds an MBA from Washington University (St. Louis) and a Bachelor’s in Psychology/Pre-Professional Studies. She is recent past President of the National Kidney Foundation of IL and recently concluded her service on the American Red Cross of Illinois’ Board of Directors after 12 years.
