Teri Pollitt has been a committed donor to the American Red Cross for more than 30 years. She is also a passionate blood donor and a member of the Tiffany Circle National Council, the distinguished leadership body that helps guide the strategy and direction of the Tiffany Circle, a community of female philanthropic leaders. In the spring of 2024, she and her husband, Byron, received the American Red Cross Harriman Award for Distinguished Volunteer Service, recognizing extraordinary contributions that extend beyond local communities. Teri recently concluded her tenure as Board Chair of the American Red Cross San Diego and Imperial Counties Chapter, where she continues to serve on the Board of Directors. In addition, she serves as co-chair of the national campaign committee for the LifeBlood Fund, a five-year, $300 million effort to strengthen and modernize the nation’s blood supply.

Prior to retiring, Teri was a financial executive with an investment counsel firm, where she served as Vice President of Equity Research. She has dedicated more than 40 years to volunteer service with nonprofit organizations at both the local and national levels. In addition to her commitments to the Red Cross, she currently serves on the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees of Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

She earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside, an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. In her free time, Teri and her husband enjoy spending time with family and traveling internationally.
