
Tonya Roth has been active in the Tiffany Circle since 2016. She joined Tiffany Circle National Council in 2020, at which time she took on the leadership role of Co-Chair of the Communications and Resources Committee. In 2024 she joined the Governance Committee and now serves as the Co-Chair for the 2025 Summit. Tonya is currently a member of the Kentucky Tiffany Circle and serves on the Board of the South-Central Kentucky Red Cross.
Prior to moving to Bowling Green, Kentucky she had been a member of the Knoxville, Tennessee Tiffany Circle where she served as Chapter Chair/Co-Chair from 2016 - 2020. Tonya was also on the Board of the East Tennessee Red Cross. She was on various board committees and served as the Tiffany Circle Liaison to the Board. She has been a BMH Member since 2018 when she pledged a contribution to help name Tennessee Tiffany Circle Conference Room at the American Red Cross Square in Washington DC.
Tonya spent her career working in Human Resources, most recently as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Discovery (HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, etc.). She worked for over 15 years with Procter & Gamble in Cincinnati Ohio. She specialized in Executive Compensation, International Compensation & Benefits, Acquisitions/Mergers/Start-ups and Global Mobility. She has traveled over the world working and living.
Since retiring in 2020 from full time executive roles, Tonya spends more time with her husband helping with their family farm where they plant soybeans and grain. Her newest adventure is the purchase of an historic 1886 house and an events venue! She is loving the change to being more outdoors and spending time growing their family businesses! She also has a passion for being a Mentor to other women in both informal mentorship programs and formal mentorship programs. She has been trained in Mentorship and Executive Coaching. She takes great pride in several of the wonderful women she has mentored over the years that went on to be high level executives. She recently joined the Women’s Fund in Bowling Green Kentucky and is hoping to begin making a difference in her new local community.
