Caedy Minoletti joined the Red Cross as Executive Director of the California Gold Country Region’s Northern California Chapter in January 2023. She came to the organization after two years as Executive Director of One SAFE Place, a multi-services agency which provides legal services, safety, and emotional support to intimate partners, children, and seniors affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Caedy is an avid camper and hiker, is involved in a local search and rescue team and is a meditation instructor at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, an organization that came to Northern California after the Carr Fire to help families and communities heal.
Dana Regier serves as the Regional Chief Operations Officer (RCOO) for the Central California and California Gold Country regions of the American Red Cross. Her Red Cross career began in 2005 as the Director of Operations for the Fresno-Madera counties chapter. During her tenure with the Red Cross she has served in multiple roles supporting Training Services, Volunteer Services and Finance. Presently, she is one of two RCOOs who cover multiple regions for the organization. In her current role, she provides support and oversight of facilities, fleet, administrative and operational support as well as serves as the regional liaison for Human Resources, IT and Finance.
Before joining the Red Cross, Dana spent more than 20 years in retail management with a focus on inventory management, team development and training. During that time she served as part of the Change Management Team which focused on a new purchasing and inventory system for her employer.
Dana has a real passion for the investment in young women and providing them with the opportunity to grow and develop their leadership and community engagement skills. She has been an adult advisor for an international youth organization, serving as the Executive Officer for California, and most recently was elected to the international governance board. She has led the organization’s Training & Development Committee as well as provided leadership in the creation of an online leadership development curriculum. She also serves as an advisor to the California Rainbow for Girls Foundation and its investment in providing scholarships each year.
When not focusing on the mission of the Red Cross or working in her volunteer roles outside of work, Dana enjoys travel, learning about history and increasing her knowledge of diversity and inclusion and how she can support a diverse work culture and community.
Robin Friedman serves as the Regional Disaster Program Officer for the Capital Region. Along with 16 full time staff and over 700 Volunteers, Robin ensures the effective delivery of Red Cross Disaster services and Preparedness programs to the Gold Country Region.
Robin returned to the Sacramento region in April of 2014. He has been active in Emergency and Disaster Response since his retirement as a Civil Affairs and Infantry Officer from the US Army in 1996. He has had extensive experience in responding to both International and Local Disaster and emergency response. Key Emergency Management positions have included: Director of Emergency Management and 911 Services, King County Washington, Director of Security and Emergency Management-Seattle Public Utilities, Recovery Operations-Deep Water Horizon-James Lee Witt and Associates.
Robin is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
In January of 2019, Kimberly Coley was named Regional Chief Development Officer for the Gold Country Region of the American Red Cross. In this position, she is responsible for strengthening community partnerships, leading staff and volunteer teams, stewarding donors, and increasing the overall financial health of the organization locally. She is a visionary, innovative, and highly collaborative leader who is passionate about building healthy workplace culture and coaching high performing teams.
Kimberly brings 15 years of management experience with her to Gold Country, where she formerly served as Executive Director for the Central California Region of the American Red Cross. As Executive Director, she led a talented team of humanitarians who served the 1.6 million residents of San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. She passionately built personalized relationships with donors, volunteers, business leaders, and community members and promoted the Red Cross mission to advance the critical services of disaster relief, health and safety, blood donation, and services to the armed forces.
Prior to the Red Cross, Kimberly served as the Vice President of External Affairs for the Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast. She has held many leadership positions throughout the state of California and has worked in the non-profit, public and private sectors.
In her spare time, Kimberly advocates for expanding opportunities to under-served communities and has served as a volunteer, board member and chairwoman of several organizations throughout the years. She has been a recipient of the 2018 Woman of the Year Award from Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson and Assemblymember Monique Limon, a two-time honoree of the Pacific Coast Business Times, receiving “40 Under 40” in 2018 and “Top 50 Women in Business” in 2017, and a Top 5 Finalist for the 2019 Young Professional of the Year Award, presented by the Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club.
Christy Woods joined the American Red Cross in August of 2006. Since then, Christy has worked to make the Gold Country Region better prepared for disasters and emergencies.
Christy leads the Government Relations Department, ensuring elected officials and government partners have the opportunity to collaborate with the Red Cross to ensure a safer California.
Christy previously led the Preparedness Department, whose staff and volunteers educate individuals, families, businesses and community groups to gain the knowledge and skills to become more resilient.
Prior to joining the Red Cross, Christy taught high school social studies. She graduated from CSU, Sacramento and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science and a California Single-Subject Teaching Credential. Christy is a member of California Women Lead and Capital Network. In addition she has responded as a government liaison in numerous national level disasters.
In 2022, Victoria Donoso began her role as Regional Service to the Armed Forces and International Services Manager. Victoria manages a dedicated team of regional Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) staff that help members of the military, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with, and respond to, the challenges of military service. Victoria's team of regional International Services volunteers educate future humanitarians on International Humanitarian Law and work to reconnect families separated by armed conflict, natural disaster, migration, and other humanitarian crises through our Restoring Family Links program.
She joined the American Red Cross as a volunteer in 2005 and later joined the Volunteer Services staff in early 2015 as a Regional Sr. Engagement Specialist.
Victoria has a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish Literature from San Jose State University and a minor in Language Acquisition.
Jennifer Campbell’s interest in the Red Cross blossomed in the fall of 2005 when she did volunteer work in Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina. She later returned for a second trip to work in the reconstruction of buildings in the community of Biloxi.
Jennifer started with the Red Cross volunteering in Client Casework and then worked a year as an AmeriCorps member teaching the preparedness programs, including the Home Fire Campaign and Pillowcase Project. She was hired as the Volunteer Services Manager in 2015.
Jennifer spent several years in retail management and event planning while homeschooling her two children. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Sacramento in Human Geography which brought together her love of disaster research and travel. On the weekends, Jennifer is forever remodeling her home, traveling up and down California or spending time with her husband and three children.
Stephen Walsh joined the American Red Cross Gold Country Region in 2017 with 22 years of experience in journalism and marketing.
Before joining the Red Cross, Stephen spent 14 years with CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to writing, producing and copy editing for CNN television, Stephen was part of the team that developed CNN Pipeline, one of word’s first live, online newscasts.
Stephen began his career a newspaper reporter and radio announcer in Fresno and Santa Barbara counties. He is a member of the Sacramento Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and has been involved in several non-profit organizations that work to bring clean water to Third World countries.
Stephen graduated from California State University Fresno in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications.
Charlene Francis joined American Red Cross in 2005 to provide database assistance in Fund Development, working alongside the director to manage an effective database. Since 2011, Charlene has been the executive assistant to the CEO. Previously Charlene had a long relationship with Bank of America, working on the team responsible for demand and payoff system (DAPS).
Originally from Oregon, Francis is currently working on degree in Business Management at American River College.
