Jacquelyn Clites joined the American Red Cross in 2011 as the Gift Planning Officer for the San Diego Region and then Senior Gift Planning Officer for the Los Angeles and Pacific Island Regions. In 2017, Jacquie became a Gift Planning Director managing a team of Gift Planning Officers in several Divisions.
She recently served as the Interim Regional Executive for the South Florida Region, and as Interim Chief Development Officer in the Virginia Region.
In 2022, Jacquelyn successfully completed the American Red Cross Leadership Education and Development Program (LEAD), a two-year, enterprise-wide program for high-performing employees interested developing skills to enhance current performance, as well as gain key experiences needed to meet the future needs of the organization.
Caedy Minoletti joined the Red Cross as Executive Director of the California Gold Country Region’s Northern California Chapter in January 2023. She came to the organization after two years as Executive Director of One SAFE Place, a multi-services agency which provides legal services, safety, and emotional support to intimate partners, children, and seniors affected by domestic violence and sexual assault.
Caedy is an avid camper and hiker, is involved in a local search and rescue team and is a meditation instructor at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, an organization that came to Northern California after the Carr Fire to help families and communities heal.
Ryan Asche serves as Chief Development Officer for the California Gold Country Region. In his role, he leads staff and volunteer teams in increasing the overall financial health of the organization both locally and nationally.
Ryan originally joined the Red Cross in 2016 as a member of the Gift Planning Unit helping donors achieve their philanthropic estate planning goals. Before joining the American Red Cross, Ryan enjoyed a decade of experience in major gift fundraising serving humanitarian organizations throughout the region.
Ryan holds a Master of Nonprofit Administration Degree from the University of San Francisco and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Dana Regier serves as the Regional Chief Operations Officer (RCOO) for the Central California and California Gold Country regions of the American Red Cross. Her Red Cross career began in 2005 as the Director of Operations for the Fresno-Madera counties chapter. During her tenure with the Red Cross she has served in multiple roles supporting Training Services, Volunteer Services and Finance. Presently, she is one of two RCOOs who cover multiple regions for the organization. In her current role, she provides support and oversight of facilities, fleet, administrative and operational support as well as serves as the regional liaison for Human Resources, IT and Finance.
Before joining the Red Cross, Dana spent more than 20 years in retail management with a focus on inventory management, team development and training. During that time she served as part of the Change Management Team which focused on a new purchasing and inventory system for her employer.
Dana has a real passion for the investment in young women and providing them with the opportunity to grow and develop their leadership and community engagement skills. She has been an adult advisor for an international youth organization, serving as the Executive Officer for California, and most recently was elected to the international governance board. She has led the organization’s Training & Development Committee as well as provided leadership in the creation of an online leadership development curriculum. She also serves as an advisor to the California Rainbow for Girls Foundation and its investment in providing scholarships each year.
When not focusing on the mission of the Red Cross or working in her volunteer roles outside of work, Dana enjoys travel, learning about history and increasing her knowledge of diversity and inclusion and how she can support a diverse work culture and community.
Along with 14 full time staff and over 600 volunteers, Robin ensures the effective delivery of Red Cross disaster services and preparedness programs to the California Gold Country Region.
Robin returned to the Sacramento region in April of 2014. He has been active in emergency and disaster response since his retirement as a Civil Affairs and Infantry Officer from the U.S. Army in 1996. He has had extensive experience in responding to both international and local disasters. Key emergency management positions have included: Director, Emergency Management and Business Continuity at New York University, Director of Emergency Management and 911 Services in King County, Washington, and Director of Security and Emergency Management for Seattle Public Utilities.
Robin is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Golden Gate University.
Justin Mueller is the Regional Donor Services Executive in the Northern California Coastal Region of the American Red Cross. Justin is responsible for ensuring that the Region collects enough red blood cell products safely and efficiently to supply the needs of hospitals and the community at large. The American Red Cross’ Biomedical Services plays a critical role in our nation’s health care system. The Red Cross is the largest single supplier of blood and blood products in the United States and thus plays a leading role in protecting the safety of donors.
Justin has been with the Red Cross for 18 years. Before coming to work with the Red Cross, Justin worked with the Marriott Bonvoy organization for 10 years, where he began his career in hotel management which instilled in him a spirit to serve.
Justin is a regular platelet donor and has personally donated more than 200 units of blood products. He is actively involved in the work and mission of his church and enjoys volunteering in a variety of capacities. He values balance in life and achieves it by spending time with his wife, daughter, and son and by participating in many outdoor activities.
In 2022, Victoria Donoso began her role as Regional Service to the Armed Forces and International Services Manager. Victoria manages a dedicated team of regional Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) staff that help members of the military, veterans and their families prepare for, cope with, and respond to, the challenges of military service. Victoria's team of regional International Services volunteers educate future humanitarians on International Humanitarian Law and work to reconnect families separated by armed conflict, natural disaster, migration, and other humanitarian crises through our Restoring Family Links program.
She joined the American Red Cross as a volunteer in 2005 and later joined the Volunteer Services staff in early 2015 as a Regional Sr. Engagement Specialist.
Victoria has a bachelor’s degree in English and Spanish Literature from San Jose State University and a minor in Language Acquisition.
Jennifer Campbell’s interest in the Red Cross blossomed in the fall of 2005 when she did volunteer work in Mississippi following Hurricane Katrina. She later returned for a second trip to work in the reconstruction of buildings in the community of Biloxi.
Jennifer started with the Red Cross volunteering in Client Casework and then worked a year as an AmeriCorps member teaching the preparedness programs, including the Home Fire Campaign and Pillowcase Project. She was hired as the Volunteer Services Manager in 2015.
Jennifer spent several years in retail management and event planning while homeschooling her two children. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Sacramento in Human Geography which brought together her love of disaster research and travel. On the weekends, Jennifer is forever remodeling her home, traveling up and down California or spending time with her husband and three children.
Stephen Walsh joined the American Red Cross Gold Country Region in 2017 with 22 years of experience in journalism and marketing.
Before joining the Red Cross, Stephen spent 14 years with CNN in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to writing, producing and copy editing for CNN television, Stephen was part of the team that developed CNN Pipeline, one of word’s first live, online newscasts.
Stephen began his career a newspaper reporter and radio announcer in Fresno and Santa Barbara counties. He is a member of the Sacramento Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and has been involved in several non-profit organizations that work to bring clean water to Third World countries.
Stephen graduated from California State University Fresno in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications.
Charlene Francis joined American Red Cross in 2005 to provide database assistance in Fund Development, working alongside the director to manage an effective database. Since 2011, Charlene has been the executive assistant to the CEO. Previously Charlene had a long relationship with Bank of America, working on the team responsible for demand and payoff system (DAPS).
Originally from Oregon, Francis is currently working on degree in Business Management at American River College.
