Randy Harris is serving his first term as Chair of the American Red Cross of Hawaii Board of Directors. He is a Community Volunteer. Mr. Harris has served on the Hawaii Red Cross board since 2002 and has served on the Nominating Committee and Executive Committee as well as the Financial Development, Humanitarian, Planned Giving, Governance, Endowment, Stewardship, and Individual Major Donor Relations Committees. He is a past Vice Chair. Other officers are Kitty Lagareta (Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, CommPac) as Vice Chair, Maya Rogers (President & Chief Executive Officer, Blue Planet Software, Inc.) as Secretary, and Dan Giovanni (Community Volunteer) as Treasurer.
