The American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois is proud to announce that Diane Earll has joined its board of directors.

Diane is chief human resources officer of USG Corporation. In this role, she leads USG’s human resources strategy, which includes talent management, leadership development and compensation and benefits, and is also responsible for corporate communications, customer service, marketing and environmental, health & safety functions. During her 27-year tenure with the company, Diane has held various leadership positions, including vice president of national accounts and director of customer service.

 “Diane is passionate about giving back to her community, and her tenured leadership at USG and within the Chicagoland area will be invaluable to the American Red Cross,” said Celena Roldán, chief executive officer of the American Red Cross of Chicago & Northern Illinois. “We’re excited to welcome her as a member of our board.”

Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
