The American Red Cross of Northwest IL is relocating the shelter at Highland Community College, which has been in operation since last Saturday.

Anyone needing shelter due to the flooding in the Rockford and Freeport area should call the Red Cross Flood line at (872) 529-1784.
Red Cross volunteer responders are currently in the affected communities working with residents to assess needs including lodging, food and mental health support.
