Hurricane Ian struck Florida Wednesday as an extremely dangerous Category 4 storm bringing catastrophic storm surge, winds and flooding.
An American Red Cross emergency response vehicle from the Illinois region will be traveling to Florida from Quincy today, to support the efforts of teams of trained disaster staff and volunteers already on the ground, there. Media is invited to take b-roll and photos of the emergency response vehicle as it departs for Florida.
