The Terre Haute Fire and Police Departments are on a mission to help save lives by collecting blood for hospital patients in need during the second annual Battle of the Badges Blood Drive.
Battle of the Badges is a friendly competition to see which department can recruit the most eligible blood donors to join them in this lifesaving effort. The community is encouraged to give blood on Tuesday, September 30 and Wednesday, October 1 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Terre Haute Casino Resort, 4500 E Margaret Drive, Terre Haute, IN 47803.

The need for blood is constant. By joining first responders at this special event, blood donors can help ensure blood is on the shelves when it’s needed.

Please note, blood donors must be 21 years or older to enter the blood drive premises. Donors under 21 can visit RedCrossBlood.org to find upcoming blood drives in their area.
