News Story: Red Cross Helps After Hotel Fire in Whippany Displaces 72 Families
In March, a fire broke out at a hotel in Whippany that served as long-term housing for many families. Residents in an adjacent hotel were also evacuated for safety reasons, resulting in at least 250 people without a place to stay that night.
