Lynn Horton, Regional Executive and Executive Director of Central and Southwest Oklahoma
Lynn Horton is the Regional Chief Executive Officer for the Arkansas / Oklahoma Region of the American Red Cross. Lynn joined the Red Cross in July 2017.
As a non-profit operations executive, Lynn has extensive experience in developing and leading revenue generating services lines and orchestrating system-wide, effective operations. Prior to her employment with Red Cross, Lynn held several senior level operations and sales positions managing multi-million dollar business units including System Vice President for INTEGRIS Health where she oversaw 9 services lines generating $93 million in annual revenue. Lynn also had a 13-year career in the financial services industry where she specialized in investment sales and consulting.
Lynn’s deep understanding of fiscal responsibility, consensus building, and innovative strategic thought began in the finance industry where a Chartered Financial Analyst designation, Series 7, 63 and 52 licenses and a National Cash Management certification were obtained. She subsequently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and earned a LEAN Leader Certification to compliment her MBA in Finance and BBA in Management.
With a deep passion for community service, Lynn is committed to serving the Red Cross mission. In collaboration with staff, volunteers, donors and partners, she strives to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies.
