David is a FEMA-certified Advanced Public Information Officer and Senior Public Affairs Officer, with certifications in Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation (HSEEP) and as a Master Military Emergency Management Specialist. He is also an FAA-licensed UAS (drone) pilot and a two-time Emmy Award winner recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for excellence in broadcast communication.
