Bobby Templeton
With over three decades of experience in public education, Bobby Templeton has dedicated his career to fostering growth and excellence in Texas schools. His professional journey includes 16 years as a superintendent, where he focused on building high-energy cultures and driving systemic improvement. He has been a Teacher of the Year, Principal of the Year and finalist for Superintendent of the Year. He continues to mentor and teach leadership development to new and aspiring administrators across the state with various professional organizations.
Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted husband and the proud father of three grown children. He remains deeply committed to community service and civic leadership. When he isn't working to support Texas communities, he can usually be found riding his Indian motorcycle through the Hill Country or fishing along the Texas coast. Ultimately, he is driven by a lifelong passion for helping others succeed.
