Florida

The completed standards alignment for Florida is the result of a partnership between the Palm Beach County Chapter of the American Red Cross, the University of North Florida-Florida Institute of Education and the Florida Department of Education. The standards alignments are posted on the Florida Department of Education's web site.

Maine	grade level: Standards K-2 Standards 3-5 Standards 6-8 The Maine learning results are broken down in to four grade levels; K-2, 3-4, 5-8, and secondary grades. To eliminate any confusion in the alignment the 6-8 grade kit was used to fit 5th grade lessons. This was done to allow the alignment to easily correspond with the Maine state learning results. Those teaching fifth graders should use the lesson in the 3-5 book that corresponds to the 6-8 lesson listed on the matrix.
Michigan	grade level: Standards K-2 Standards 3-5 Standards 6-8 For the purposes of the Michigan State Teacher's Association Conference, the science standards alignment has been completed and posted. The remaining alignment of the language arts, math, and social studies components will be posted upon their completion.
Minnesota	grade level: Standards K-2 Standards 3-5 Standards 6-8
North Carolina	grade level: Standards K-2 Standards 3-5 Standards 6-8
South Carolina	grade level: Standards K-2 Standards 3-5 Standards 6-8
