The American Red Cross of Alaska is excited to welcome Bryce Sitter as our new Regional Executive and CEO. With a career dedicated to humanitarian service, leadership development, and community impact, Bryce brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to the Red Cross mission.

Bryce joined the American Red Cross in 2006 and has served in a variety of leadership roles across the organization, including Training Services and fundraising. Most recently, he served as Regional Chief Development Officer for the Idaho, Montana, and East Oregon Region, where his success in building strong relationships and advancing the mission earned him recognition as a Divisional Fundraiser of the Year on two occasions.

Before joining the Red Cross, Bryce spent more than a decade in East Africa helping design and implement programs focused on food security, health, and community lending. His work included collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross, the Kenyan Red Cross, and the Tanzanian Red Cross, providing him with a unique global perspective on humanitarian service. He also holds a master's degree in Humanitarian Leadership.

While Bryce has an impressive professional background, he is equally passionate about family and adventure. He and his wife, Martine, have two children, and Bryce describes himself as an active outdoorsman who is always looking for the next adventure.

As Bryce begins this new chapter with the Alaska Region, we look forward to his leadership, vision, and dedication to strengthening our ability to prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies. Please join us in welcoming Bryce to Alaska and the Red Cross community statewide.
