As Executive Director for 20 years, Pam continues a family legacy of serving others through the American Red Cross begun by her mother-in-law and former Chapter Manager, Charlotte Carver. Caring for others is first nature with Pam. She began volunteering with American Red Cross Learn to Swim program in 1985 in Blytheville, eventually joining the staff as an afterhours Services To Armed Forces (SAF) caseworker. She soon became a Health & Safety Administrator and Chapter Executive.
Pam attended Arkansas State University and begs forgiveness for straying from Red Cross impartiality with a big Go Red Wolves! Passionate about her dedicated volunteers and the care they provide, Pam can be found zipping across northeast Arkansas sharing her excitement about the difference made every day to help neighbors become prepared for disasters, as well as the response to care for those after one.
