The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago is proud to announce that Sara Enlow has joined its board of directors.
Sara Enlow is the Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at CDW. Prior to her tenure at CDW, she worked at Takeda for nearly seven years, serving in multiple leadership roles focused on operations, merger integrations and as a Chief of Staff.
Sara also served as a Principal at Vantage Partners, where the focus of her consulting work was helping companies manage through complex changes.
“Sara’s professional experience as a leader in organizational change management and transformation will be tremendously insightful for the American Red Cross,” said Celena Roldán, chief executive officer of the Red Cross of Illinois. “We look forward to working with Sara as a member of the board of directors.”
Sara graduated from Bryant University, and has authored numerous articles on business alliances, negotiations, and collaboration between business partners.
The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago’s volunteer board includes more than 30 civic and corporate leaders from a range of professional backgrounds, and it serves 7.7 million people in five counties across the Greater Chicago area.
