The American Red Cross of Illinois is proud to announce the appointment of Diane Earll of USG as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Illinois Red Cross. A dedicated and long-serving board member, Earll brings a wealth of leadership, experience, and passion for humanitarian service to this position.

In this role, Earll will work closely with the Board Chair and the executive leadership team to help lead strategic initiatives, advance volunteer engagement, and strengthen community partnerships that support the lifesaving mission of the Red Cross.
Since joining USG in 1992, Diane has held various leadership roles within the company, including chief human resources officer, vice president of human resources and organization effectiveness, vice president of national accounts, senior director of retail sales, senior director of product management, and senior director of customer service. This diverse background allows Diane to approach challenges with a unique perspective, drawing on insights from across USG's operations to develop innovative solutions for customers.
