The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago is proud to announce the addition of Peter Custer of Goldman Sachs to its board of directors.
“The Greater Chicago board of directors is made up of a remarkable group of leaders who bring their expertise, passion, and vision to advance the mission of the Red Cross,” said Cat Rabenstine, interim chief executive officer of the American Red Cross of Illinois. “Peter’s strategic leadership and strong commitment to supporting others will be a valuable addition to our team as we continue serving communities in need.”
Peter Custer serves as a Private Wealth Advisor on one of the largest Private Wealth Management teams at Goldman Sachs. Currently, his efforts are focused on advising clients, managing a Chicago-based high-net-worth advisory team and serving on several national committees.
“I am truly honored to join the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago,” said Custer. “The Red Cross is a cornerstone of hope for so many in our community, and I am excited to contribute to their vital mission of delivering care, relief, and support to those who need it most.”
Peter earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
