Consider the American Red Cross on Giving Hearts Day

All donations to the American Red Cross on February 9th stay local!
In a month filled with hearts, love, and the color red, it's only fitting to consider a donation to the American Red Cross. Giving Hearts Day is February 9, 2017, and the Red Cross is one of the many non-profit organizations you may choose to donate to.
Giving Hearts Day makes space for charities to share their stories and connect with new givers. It has become a way for people to associate with causes doing good in areas they passionately care about.
The Red Cross, through its strong network of volunteers, donors and partners, is always there in times of need. We aspire to turn compassion into action so that all people affected by disaster receive care, shelter and hope. We ensure our communities are ready and prepared for disasters, and all members of our armed services and their families find support and comfort whenever needed.
How does your donation make an impact right here in our community? A $25 donation would provide blankets for five people. A $50 donation could provide a full day of emergency shelter for one person. Immediate care following a home fire response can amount to up to $500. A donation of any amount is appreciated and stays local.
The power of volunteers and the generosity of donors make the work of the Red Cross possible. Please support our mission on the most generous day of the year. Click here to read the Red Cross story or to make a donation. #GivingHearts17
