The American Red Cross opened several Recovery Service Centers across eastern South Dakota to help people affected by tornadoes and flooding. Community members were able to go to any of the locations listed below to get clean-up kits, information about recovery planning, and learn about resources and assistance that may be available through the American Red Cross.

Residents impacted by tornadoes and flooding are urged to self-report damage by calling the Helpline Center at 2-1-1. The Red Cross is working closely with emergency officials across South Dakota to assess the needs of the communities and will continue to provide support as needed.
