The event celebrates individuals whose extraordinary actions designate them as heroes.
The Red Cross of Hungary recently recognized Kyäni Caring Hands for their humanitarian efforts in Budapest. Kyäni, Inc‘s charitable arm, Kyäni Caring Hands, was created by and receives financial support from Kyäni distributors, customers, and its founders. Its mission is simple: to bring hope to people in need.
From delivering life-sustaining food and sanitation supplies, building community facilities and schools, and planning and coordinating service missions to areas stricken by natural disasters or poverty, Kyäni Caring Hands’ recent humanitarian aid efforts have taken place in Hungary, the Philippines, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic.
This past September, several Kyäni Caring Hands volunteers came from around the world to serve in the Miskolc Red Cross Center. Hungarian Red Cross teams, along with Kyäni Caring Hands, fed the men and women at the center, provided them with hygiene kits, and spent the day getting to know them.
“It’s been a great honor to be able to work closely with the Red Cross today,” said Kyäni Founder and Chairman of the Board, Kirk Hansen, at the event in Hungary. “They awarded us with the The Red Cross award and it’s a great honor to us, and a great recognition to all the Kyäni family who continues to step up and embrace the needs of the world through Kyäni Caring Hands.”
