COSI, Center of Science & Industry, highlighting their initiatives of diversity and inclusivity in STEM education and accessible programs for youth; they will be providing take-home science kits with a focus on health.

Central Ohio Primary Care, with a mission to improve the overall physical and emotional health of the underserved in central Ohio; they will be providing preventative health education and the importance of families having a primary care physician.

Columbus Urban League with a mission to empower African Americans and disenfranchised groups through economic, educational, and social progress; they will highlight their culturally authentic, integrated services to help achieve family stability and economic mobility.

Franklin County Public Health, with a wide-range of programs and accessible resources in Franklin County focused on Family, Home, and Community Health; they will be providing COVID-19 vaccines, surveying attendees about Public Health, as well as outreach with their Community Health Action Team.

Jack and Jill of America, highlighting their dedication to supporting the next generation of African American leaders while enhancing the lives of all children; they will be assisting with our general water safety trainings, and volunteering at the block parties through their youth development programs.

Jobs & Family Services, Family Stabilization Unit, with a focus on workforce development and family support programs that improve the quality of life for Franklin County residents; this mobile unit will provide access to Medicaid and emergency assistance through their Prevention, Retention and Contingency programs.

Local Matters, with a mission to build skills through education, increase access to fresh, affordable foods, and advocate for policies that support healthier communities; they will be providing a gardening station and education on cooking techniques and practices.

Mount Carmel Health System, with a mission to heal patients' minds, bodies, and spirits, and improve the health of the community; they will be providing physical examinations, bio-physical measurements (height, weight, body mass index, visual acuity, color vision), and behavioral health and anxiety examinations.

Nationwide Children’s Hospital, with a commitment to best outcomes and health equity for all children, ensuring every child has access to the best care regardless of their ability to pay; they will be highlighting their resources and programs for whole child health.

OhioHealth with a mission to improve the health of the communities they serve will share information on programs and partnerships to bring primary care, women’s health services and prenatal care, annual screenings, and educational resources to central Ohio communities in greatest need. OhioHealth Wellness on Wheels (WOW) and Sexual Assault Response Network of Central Ohio (SARNCO) will be on site for tours of the mobile doctor’s office and share information for prevention and survivor support.

Quantum Health, with a purpose-driven mission to make healthcare simpler and more cost effective; they will be providing information for diabetes maintenance and nutrition to help individuals maintain their recommended care.

The Ohio State University Extension SNAP-Ed with a goal to improve the likelihood that families and individuals will make healthy food choices and choose active lifestyles; they will be providing health food tasting, recipes, and education on food insecurity and sustainability.
