Join the American Red Cross DFW Metro West Chapter and the Fort Worth Fire Department in the Sundance Square Plaza on Wednesday, May 21, for FREE Hands-Only CPR Training.
Hands-Only CPR is designed to be easy to learn and implement by anyone, making it a crucial skill to have in the initial minutes of a cardiac arrest. After calling 911 and while waiting for emergency crews to arrive, bystanders have the opportunity to help save a life by performing Hands-Only CPR. Studies have shown it is as effective as traditional CPR with breaths in the short time it takes for medical professionals to arrive and take over.
