DALLAS WARMING STATIONS
If you need relief from the cold weather, please visit any of the City of Dallas' public facilities, including libraries and recreation centers, available during regular business hours.

Assistance for unsheltered individuals can be found through the Office of Homeless Solutions.
DENTON WARMING STATIONS
Warming stations with restrooms, hand washing, water fountains, and sitting areas are available during periods when the temperature low is expected to fall below 32 degrees. Click here to see a list of warming stations and community service partners providing meals.
FORT WORTH WARMING STATIONS

LUBBOCK WARMING CENTERS
According to the city's website, an emergency warming center can be opened and operated when the National Weather Service (NWS) forecasts temperatures at 25 degrees or below, an inch or more of snow, temperatures below 32 degrees with an inch of driving rain, severe wind chills or extreme temperature fluctuations.
All library branches will serve as warming centers during their normal operating hours, offering water, free Wi-Fi and charging stations for anyone needing to safely get out of the cold.

The Texas Division of Emergency Management has an interactive map of warming centers and shelters open across the state for those seeking shelter.
Red Cross shelters are open to everyone in need, regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation or citizenship status. Pets are welcome. All disaster assistance is free.
