DALLAS, April 20, 2026 — For 40 years, American Airlines has stood alongside the American Red Cross, helping ensure that when disasters strike, hope and help are always within reach for families in need.

As a longstanding donor, American and its customers help fuel Red Cross relief, response and recovery efforts. The airline has been a member of the Annual Disaster Giving Program — a group of forward-thinking donors who provide support in advance of disasters since 2014.

Across the country, the American Red Cross mobilizes communities before, during and after disasters to provide comfort, care and critical support.
