Laura Tolbirt is the Director of Development with San Antonio Hospital Foundation. She joined the Foundation after working with the Ontario Reign for eleven seasons as the Senior Director of Corporate Sales and prior to that, the Inland Empire 66ers Baseball Team for seven seasons as their Director of Corporate Communications.
Laura joined the American Red Cross of San Bernardino County in 2005 and has extensive experience in non-profit leadership. She is also currently the Secretary and Vice-Chair of Business Services with the Upland Chamber of Commerce. Previously, she held Secretary and Treasurer positions with the Highland Chamber of Commerce and Board of Director positions with the Hope Reigns Foundation and the Family Service Agency of San Bernardino. Laura enjoys attending sporting events and time with her family.
Michael Ramirez currently serves as the Acting Assistant Emergency Services Manager for the San Bernardino County Office of Emergency Services. He has been drawn to emergency and disaster response and recovery since his mid-teens. Michael has responded to numerous disasters throughout Southern California and most recently served in a leadership role in San Bernardino County’s COVID-19 response. He is committed to an expansion of diversity, equity and inclusion that reflects all communities served by the American Red Cross. He is a new (slow) running enthusiast and enjoys challenging himself to improve his 5K and 10K times.
Michael is active in his community and church and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Stephani Velador is Vice President of U.S. Bank and has been with U.S. Bank for 25 years, currently overseeing the High Desert district in the Inland Empire, LA County and Kern County. She is currently serving on the Inland Empire’s Women’s Business Resource Group Board as Geographic Co-Lead. Stephani resides in Santa Clarita with her husband of 19 years, Mark.
She has two children, Tyler and Faith. She is also a twin and enjoys spending time with her family. Stephani’s passion is leading others and making a difference in people’s lives.
Jacob Campbell is a Financial Representative at Modern Woodmen of America, where he helps clients with their investments and financial plans. In addition to the American Red Cross of San Bernardino County, he is also a member of Business Network International (BNI), Fontana Chamber of Commerce, and Redeemer Baptist Church. Jacob enjoys providing resources to several nonprofits in Southern California and gives back through various service projects in the community.
Jacob attended California Baptist University and graduated with a degree in marketing. He and his wife reside in Riverside with their three dogs and ball python.
