West Palm Beach, Fla. (October 17, 2022) – The Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross announced a new slate of board officers and the approval of six additional members. Sarah Martin was elected as Chair of the Board of Directors, Ken Ringe as Vice-Chair and Terry Duffy as Board Secretary. New members for the 2024 fiscal year include Gale Brophy, Dana Fox, Chris Grenier, Bill Jones and Michael Lampert. The Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Board of Directors is a group of impressive business and civic leaders who give of their time, expertise and compassion in support of Red Cross humanitarian services.
Board Chair Sarah Martin joined the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter’s Board of Directors last year. She was elected by the Board and approved by the chapter’s volunteers to lead the Board. She is a proud mother of two, wife and Founder/CEO of Experience Epic Events.
Ken Ringe is proudly serving his ninth year on the Board of Directors as Vice Chair. He is a well-known Treasure Coast contractor and principal of Bayview Construction Services. He has also served on the Martin County Zoning and Planning Board.
Terry Duffy joined the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Board of Directors last year and was elected to be the Board Secretary for the current fiscal year. He and his wife have lived in Florida since 1992. He is the Publisher for Palm Beach Media Group and is responsible for all sales and marketing activities, as well as production and manufacturing operations.
Newly elected Board members include Gale Brophy. She is a well-known philanthropist, breeder and owner of thoroughbred racehorses and owner and CEO of two five-star boutique estates in the Catskill Mountains in New York.
Dana Fox comes to the Board of Directors as an active Red Cross volunteer. She is also a 27-year veteran of ADP, currently serving as Vice President of GES Alliances. She is the proud mother of a son and daughter.
Chris Grenier is another recent addition to the Board of Directors. He is the Vice President of Employee and Labor Relations for Carrier, a multinational corporation headquartered in Palm Beach County. Chris, his wife and three children have lived in South Florida for a decade.
Bill Jones was recently elected to the Board of Directors but has extensive experience leading non-profit boards across South Florida. He is a Senior Vice President for Comerica Bank and has represented clients from Palm Beach, Miami and beyond.
Michael A. Lampert is a well-known West Palm Beach tax attorney and owns and operates his private practice. Lampert and his wife are long-standing and active Red Cross volunteers. This is Lampert’s second time serving on the Board of Directors, serving as Board Chair in the past.
The American Red Cross Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter Board of Directors not only ensure the community's needs are met with Red Cross programs and services, but also help champion the organization’s goals and successes, while playing an important role in capacity building and fundraising. The Board is assists with ensuring the success of the highly anticipated 63rd International Red Cross Ball, which will be held January 6, 2024, at The Breakers Palm Beach and features ambassadors and foreign dignitaries from around the world.

The Board Officers and new Board members join an already-accomplished slate of board members that also include Spero Georgedakis, CEO of Good Greek Moving & Storage, Ted Peroulakis, Vice President Girard & Associates at J.P. Morgan, Dr. Rich Rosell, Police Chief and Public Safety Director for Indian River Shores and Dr. Stephen Silverman, Florida Atlantic University Dean of the College of Education.
