The American Red Cross Broward County Chapter Welcomes New Members To Its Board of Directors

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2020) – The Broward County Chapter of the American Red Cross has announced a roster of new members who joined its Board of Directors: Frank Rainer, Ravi Ramnarain, CPA, LLC, and John Taddeo.
Frank Rainer is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Memorial Healthcare System. As an experienced healthcare attorney for more than 36 years, he manages a legal department where he provides support in business transactions and litigation matters.
Ravi Ramnarain, CPA, LLC (represented by Ravi Ramnarain, CEO, and Devyn Ramnarain,COO) is a Technical Accounting and Financial Systems Firm headquartered in South Florida. The Firm is critically acclaimed and has been published over 40 times in major media.
John Taddeo practices business law as a Partner for his firm Posada Taddeo Dietiker Attorneys at Law. With over 20 years of experience operating businesses, Taddeo has successfully launched and managed multiple companies in a variety of industries.
