[NEW ORLEANS, LA] OCTOBER 20, 2026 — The American Red Cross Louisiana Region thanks the New Orleans Saints, the Saints & Pelicans Foundation, and owner and CEO of the New Orleans Saints, Gayle Benson for naming the Red Cross the official charitable beneficiary of the team’s 50/50 Raffle for its October 25 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Stade de France in Paris.

“When the Saints take the field in Paris, Gayle Benson and the Saints organization are making sure the people back home benefit too,” said Kenneth St. Charles, regional chief executive officer of the American Red Cross Louisiana Region. “This partnership provides essential resources that empower our volunteers to respond at a moment's notice, delivering comfort, hope and relief to families facing their darkest hours. We are deeply grateful to Mrs. Benson and the entire Saints organization for standing with Louisiana families.”  

Now in its 11th season, the Saints 50/50 Raffle serves as a pillar of the Saints' community impact efforts. The program supports a wide range of nonprofit organizations across the Gulf South, with a different charitable partner featured at every Saints game throughout the 2026 NFL season. A portion of raffle proceeds will directly benefit each organization's mission and local programming.

Across all 64 Louisiana parishes, the Red Cross works continuously to deliver compassionate aid whenever and wherever crises occur. Community champions like the Saints organization strengthen that frontline response, ensuring no family navigates the aftermath of an emergency alone.
