Thomas Cardin
Thomas Cardin joined the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada Chapter Board of Directors in 2019 as an opportunity to give back to the community and create positive change. He was appointed Chair in 2022.
Thomas is the Director of Gas Operations at the Southwest Gas Corporation in Las Vegas. He has championed the Red Cross at Southwest Gas leading employees to volunteer for Red Cross campaigns such as Sound the Alarm events. He holds a bachelor's degree and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an MBA from Colorado State University.
Michael Feder
Michael Feder joined the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada Board of Directors more than 10 years ago and is currently the Vice Chair and Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Michael believes in giving back to the community and helping others, especially those in underserved communities. Michael also volunteers and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Vegas Chamber and on the Board of After-School All-Stars Las Vegas.
Michael is a member/partner at the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC and has experience representing and counseling clients in commercial and business litigation, appellate advocacy, bankruptcy, gaming, regulatory and transactional related matters. He has a bachelor’s from New York University and a law degree from Temple University.
Janet Ravin
Since joining the American Red Cross of Southern Nevada Chapter Board of Directors in 2021, Janet Ravin serves as both the Committee Chair of the philanthropy division and as a Board Officer in the role of Secretary. Her deep appreciation for the Red Cross’s global mission to support humankind and her personal passion for community wellness and progress continues to motivate her in this role.
Janet is the Vice President of Global Communications, Culture and Experience at Rimini Street, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMNI), and is the founder and Committee Chair of the Rimini Street Foundation, a privately funded charitable program of Rimini Street, Inc. and its global subsidiaries, whose impact spans across 6 continents and has provided millions of dollars in financial contributions and in-kind donations, and thousands of volunteer hours supporting hundreds of charities. She is a graduate of the civil engineering technology program at Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto, Canada.
