The American Red Cross and 93.3 WMMR are teaming up to present the 20th annual “I Bleed for Preston & Steve” blood drive over two days – Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13.

Thursday’s blood drive runs from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at Live! Casino & Hotel, 900 Packer Ave. in Philadelphia. Friday’s drive runs from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. at Greater Philadelphia Expo Center, 100 Station Ave. in Oaks, and features live broadcasts throughout the event.

Appointments can be made using the Red Cross Blood Donor App, visiting RedCrossBlood.org or calling 1-800-REDCROSS. The sponsor code is WMMR.

All those who come out to donate will receive a free, limited-edition Preston & Steve T-shirt. In addition, those who come to give June 1-30, 2025, will receive a $15 Amazon.com Gift Card by email and will automatically be entered for a chance to win one of two $7,000 gift cards. Terms apply. 

As summer nears, blood donations are critically important to ensure an adequate blood supply.

Growing from a small storefront drive in the former Franklin Mills Mall in 2005 to one of the largest blood drives in the country, “I Bleed for Preston & Steve” has collected 21,069 donations since its inception.
