Holidays for Heroes offers individuals and organizations the opportunity to support their local military over the holidays through small donations of toiletries, low-value gift cards to chain restaurants and entertainment (such as iTunes, Google, Amazon), individually wrapped snacks, new clothing items and other financial contributions.
Please note that donated holiday, thank you and other greeting cards are no longer accepted at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center on Fort Belvoir. Individuals and groups who are still interested in donating cards should contact your local VA medical facility or state veterans home.
