Juan Garcia is a dedicated advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), fostering positive change and designing innovative workplaces.
Prior to joining the Red Cross of the National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region, he worked as a DEI business partner at American Red Cross National Headquarters.
Previously, Juan excelled as the Senior Program Manager at SAIC, a prominent federal defense contracting firm with a workforce of over 23,000 employees across the United States and more than 40 countries. Juan's academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in Russian from Grinnell College, where he also distinguished himself as a Fulbright Scholar, Mellon Mays Fellow and Posse Foundation Scholar. He is also currently an MBA candidate at William and Mary's Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
