Before joining the Red Cross of the National Capital and Greater Chesapeake Region, he worked as a DEI business partner at American Red Cross National Headquarters.
Previously, Juan excelled as the Senior Program Manager at SAIC, a prominent federal defense contracting firm with a workforce of over 23,000 employees across the United States and more than 40 countries. Juan's academic journey includes a bachelor's degree in Russian from Grinnell College, where he also distinguished himself as a Fulbright Scholar, Mellon Mays Fellow and Posse Foundation Scholar. He recently earned his MBA from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
