Presented to individual volunteers or teams of volunteers who make an exceptional contribution to the Red Cross based on at least two of the following criteria:

• Outstanding service in a singular project of significant importance to the Red Cross during the past year
• Consistent excellence within a single line of business
  
• Actively volunteering in multiple lines of business
• Made significant strides in a singular project
  

Presented to Red Cross volunteers who have 5,000 or more cumulative lifetime volunteer hours.

Presented to a Red Cross volunteer who has joined the organization since the beginning of the current Fiscal Year (July 1, 2026), and who has demonstrated superior job performance.

Presented to a Red Cross volunteer or team of volunteers who have gone beyond meeting organizational goals and expectations. They are exemplary of the highest level of commitment to Red Cross values and have made an extraordinary contribution toward the successful delivery of the Red Cross mission.
